Cheap Kia – The Best Decision You Haven’t Made Yet

When it comes to cars, the word “cheap” has become a bad five-letter word. If you say the phrase “Cheap Kia“, people automatically assume that the car is a lemon, not worth a second thought. You don’t want cheap, you say, you want something that is fun, reliable and long-lasting. Something that you’re not ashamed to be seen in. You want something cost-effective, not cheap. You would fight anyone who called your Kia cheap. The word “cheap” brings up the contention that you somehow went for the lowest common denominator, that your car will cease to work at any second.

All of that is wrong of course. Cheap is a relative term, but in the car world companies have made a good living off of offering “cheap” cars that last a long time. Not everyone can afford a $70,000 luxury car, so they are willing to buy “cheaper” one for $18,000. Just because they don’t have all the bells and whistles doesn’t mean that they are bad cars. On the contrary, they are sometimes the ones that are on the road the longest. Paying less for a “Cheap Kia” also means that it costs less the replace simple parts. That’s the dark secret about price effective cars: they cost less money to maintain.

The other thing about cars like a “Cheap Kia” is that they tend to get much better gas mileage then most luxury car. The reason for this is two fold. First, they are designed for the type of person that is more economic in nature. If you’re buying a “economy” car chances are you want to save money on gas too. You wouldn’t buy a $18,000 car if it got 10 miles per gallon and companies know that. Secondly, a car that is cheap typically has less bells and whistles on it, which means it’s less heavy then a luxury car. So, using simple physics, it takes less gas to propel it.

So if you’re in the market for a “cheap” car don’t be ashamed. There is no reason to overpay for a car if you don’t have to. That “Cheap Kia” you get might be the best desicion you’ve ever made.
