5 Ways to Get Quality Back Links to Your Affiliate Site

1) Submit articles. The top article directories are Ezine Articles, Go Articles, and Article Base. These are all great places to start especially Ezine Articles since they get the most traffic.
2) Social bookmark your site. There are hundreds of these sites. A couple of great places to start is digg.com and mixx.com. These are instrumental with my affiliate business since I always submit newly written pages to these for immediate indexing.
3) Guest post on related blogs. You can always find blogs that have guest posting. Blogs that are at least reasonably related to your niche market are fine. Just remember to submit very quality articles and use anchor text with a relevant keyword when you place the link back to your site.
4) Forum post. Signing up to forums related to your affiliate site is very effective because it gives the search engines a better idea of what your site is about. It is really easy to leave your backlink because on most forums you can set up a default resource box that automatically posts a link for every comment you submit.
5) Submit your site to directories. There are free directories and there are directories where you must fork up some dough. One great directory you should always submit to is the open directory at dmoz.org.
Just make sure your site does not have any affiliate links before posting and you have a lot of great content so you get submitted fast and painlessly.
